Everytime I get on the computer, I can not go into any program because a screen will pop up saying that it is infected. an antispyware thing keep popping up, pretending to scan my computer, but I know its an virus and a scam. I have tried malwarebytes, and superspyware, but nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do anymore,Can any one help me, please?

Step by step instructions for FREE removal of AntiSpyware Soft.
1. Restart your computer. as your computer restarts but before Windows launches, tap "F8" key constantly. Use the arrow keys to highlight the "Safe Mode with Networking" option and then press ENTER.
2. Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools menu and then select Internet Options.
3. In the the Internet Options window click on the Connections tab. Then click on the LAN settings button.
4. Now you will see Local Area Network (LAN) settings window. under Proxy Settings, click the Advanced button, and delete the IP address listed there, and press OK. Uncheck the checkbox labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN under the Proxy Server section and press OK.
5. Download SuperAntiSpyware Free edition at http://www.superantispyware.com/ . Perform a quick scan and quarantine everything. it will tell you it has to reboot which is fine to do in normal mode this time.
6. Now back in normal mode, run SAS again, this time doing a complete scan. you should now be rid of this annoying malware. Quarantine anything it finds, and then go to your quarantine log and remove (delete) all quarantined items.
7. sometimes the trojan that installed this annoying thing also installs a browser hijacker which will cause google and yahoo search items to mysteriously redirect to advertised sites. The only way to get rid of this was with Combofix which you can find at http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUB… .
Download this and run it (have patience).
8. many antivirus applications that failed to detect this thing in the first place (I use AVG) become inactivated by the virus and may need to be reinstalled. I recommend a complete uninstall/reinstall to make sure that it's back working again.

Antispyware Soft is a scam and a virus itself, but you already figured that out.

I have experienced many of these rouge virus/anti-spyware programs like these.

Programs you should use:

Either Spybot search and destroy
or Ad-aware

If both of those dont fix the problem then use a program called
SmitFraudFix (usually fixes most things that are very annoying like you described – but use the first 2 before you use this one)

Restart your computer, then you have about 10 seconds to click Start>Run>msconfig….If you don't do it fast antispyware soft will disable it along with everything else. once there, you can restore you settings to a previous date (a few weeks before you suspect getting the virus) OR, if there are other changes you have made in that timeframe that you don't want to lose,….you can click startup. Look for anything ending in tssd, sftav, sysguard, avscan, avsoft, avsuite followed by exe. Click it so it doesn't start up. Then click apply and ok….and restart. This time, it will not start up with your computer. Although you feel home free, you may not be (especially if you didn't restore) you will have to do a search for these file types (you will have to google more name possibilies) then erase. you may also need to go to start>run>regedit and look for the files there…..and remove. It's not that difficult, just takes time.

Just wipe your computer and start over with the recovery disk

I suggest trying the free version of super antispyware to see if this detects anything, this program actually works well with something like avast or avg so can be used on your pc in future rather than any other spyware program. If this doesn't work you need to try house call from trend micro. I like house call because it will do a one off scan of your pc whilst you are online and it has very up to date data bases.

Also your anti-virus program should allow you to scan your pc whilst in dos mode ie before windows has loaded up or in safe mode as sometimes a virus can easily hide itself when windows loads but cannot hide when pc scans it in dos mode. This is another reason to have avast because it scans the pc in dos mode.

Also there is always a system restore which undoes harmful changes to your pc but it will not necessarily get rid of a virus unfortunately but worth a go in case program was installed secretly.

So below are links for super antispyware then house call and then avast.. and remember you must have a firewall too, I use comodo firewall which is free. 5yrs online with no virus or spyware issues with these programs installed on my pc.

Stoping Antispyware Soft virus processes using task manager.
If you can launch task manager, choose File ->New Task. Type down the path to downloaded Spyware doctor or other anti-malware program executable.
Try installing Spyware Doctor in safe mode.
Try launching system restore in safe mode
Using rkill to stop Antispyware Soft virus processes or combofix.
Using msconfig process and stoping Antispyware Soft processes from starting, then rebooting your PC.
